Rather than piecing things together one choice at a time, we present a comprehensive plan, a map of your wedding day that includes finalized design details, vendor recommendations, and every element organized and ready for your approval. Each piece connects with purpose, allowing us to fine-tune the experience before moving into production.
3. Event Mangement
As the wedding day nears, we manage every logistical detail with precision, confirming timelines, final counts, deliveries, and load-in schedules. Our team remains closely connected with your vendors to ensure every element transitions exactly as intended. Full-service planning covers every aspect of your celebration, from venue sourcing and vendor management to design direction, logistics, and event-day production. This includes tasks like reviewing contracts, creating floor plans and design mockups, managing guest RSVPs, and coordinating stationery and invitation mailings. At Westmore Events, every phase is guided and managed for you, ensuring nothing is overlooked and every detail aligns with the larger experience.
What does a full-service wedding planner include?
Yes. We plan weddings across the U.S. and internationally, overseeing all logistics and production for the wedding itself as well as surrounding events. Whether it’s a single-day celebration or a full weekend experience, we collaborate with venues and local vendor teams to ensure everything feels cohesive and expertly executed.
Do you plan destination weddings?
Your main role is to make the big decisions; we handle everything that leads up to them. You’ll provide your guest list, attend a few key meetings, and share feedback along the way, but the day-to-day planning, communication, and execution are fully managed by our team.
How involved do we need to be?
We recommend reaching out 12–18 months before your wedding date. Many of our clients contact us as soon as they begin venue research, or even before they’re officially engaged, to take advantage of our guidance early in the process. While longer timelines allow for a more intentional approach, we also regularly plan full-scale weddings on condensed timelines for clients with shorter engagements. Securing your date in advance ensures we can align the right creative partners and resources from the start.
